La Pineta B&B opened in November 2004 and it is made up of two double rooms and one twin room equipped with private bathrooms. 

It offers to guests a shared kitchen and a wide breakfast room from which enjoying a panoramic view on Palmas Gulf.
The B&B is located on the first floor of a nice villa placed next to a quiet pine-wood and near to Sant’Antioco city centre, which can be reached within a few minutes by foot.
It is a very comfortable tourist accommodation:  rooms are equipped with air-conditioner,  satellite TV system and  wireless Internet access and there’s also the possibility to relax in the garden. 
A parking space for few cars is also available.  

Strong points: good welcome to guests, independent entrance to the B&B area, daily room cleaning, wide sea view breakfast room of about 50 m2.
